Horror On Black Hills is a Black Death Metal band formed in 2012 in Montevideo, Uruguay. After releasing two studio albums, they launched the EP titled "Absence" in 2019, which marked a new stage both musically and aesthetically for the band. The artwork for "Absence" was done by Néstor Ávalos (Dark Funeral, Bloodbath, Moonspell). They have performed live on several occasions in their home country and also at festivals in Argentina and Brazil. Additionally, they have shared the stage with renowned bands such as Dark Tranquillity, Septicflesh, and Fleshgod Apocalypse. In 2023, they released the single "Annihilation Inferno" as a starting point for their new material. Horror On Black Hills is comprised of Fabián Machado on vocals and guitar, Pablo Borges on bass, Claudio Scarpa on guitar, and Diego Lapasta on drums.
